So packing has started and is almost done...and it's a pain. I don't know of anyone who enjoys the hassle of packing up all your crap...which includes going through all your stuff and finding things you didn't realize you had and thinking, "why in the world did I keep this." Or when you are cleaning out your refrigerator for the last time and you find condiments that expired back in 2007 (that you used yesterday!)...ummm GROSS!!! Or how about when you find the remote in your couch that you've been looking for since the day after you moved in.
But it has to be done...PHILIPPINES HERE WE COME!
OK...So I need to go ahead and make a post about this to get it out of the way. I have to leave my dog behind. So sad... :( His name is Gus and he's a holy terror, but he's the BEST DOG EVER! I adopted him 2 1/2 years ago from the Humane Society in Little Rock, AR. I fell in love with him the 1st time I saw him...he had a big potbelly, green eyes, and a red nose. How could a girl resist!? I brought him home and after multiple accidents, a couple of RIPS in the couch, 4 pair of nice heels eaten, and a few walls chewed...he's turned into a very handsome, lovable, loyal, and mindful (!) dog. I'm going to miss him so much. I'm leaving him in the care of my older sister, Heather. She has a dog too, Reece, who is also a little shit...but AWESOME! They get along great and I know that he will be happy and very well taken care of. It's going to be hard... I love you Gussy!!!! :) I'll be home soon...please don't forget me.
