Eating yummy fried bananas...they are fried in coconut oil and then again with sugar and sesame seeds added. They are sweet and delicious, and luckily! there is a woman around the corner who sells them from a stand in front of her house!
Rodney made a chocolate cake from scratch iced with a chocolate ganache...it was way good, we ate the whole thing (not all at once! just over a couple of days) He cooked the cake in our turbo broiler which is just a fan forced oven. We like to call it the "Funcooker"...hahaha
"So bring me two pina coladas, one for each hand"Making our first run of pina coladas minus the ice...they turned out really good.
And for dinner with our pina coladas...Chili Prawns! Delicious...
Do you two not know how torturous it is too look at the pics of all that delicious seafood you are consuming and know that we can't get anything like that at home!!! I personally could eat seafood everyday..especially prawns!!! Now the pina coladas..you can keep..I'll take a strawberry daiquiri. The cake looks yummy! Love you guys and take good care of each other!!!
