Wine and Cheese night at Friendly's! Who knew...but our hostel on Saturday nights did a free wine and cheese night...this was our spread...and although the wine was nothing to sing about...it was still really good!

This is the largest cemetery outside the US where 17,202 of our soldiers are buried for their sacrifice during WWII, predominantly during combat in New Guinea and the Philippines. On the limestone tablets, the beginnings of which are visible in the picture directly below, are also the names of the 36,285 missing in action.
